I like mentoring very much. I regularly supervise master's theses from my company and I am satisfied when I can help young interested people. Especially in mathematical and algorithmic problems I have many ideas and solutions and have achieved great success in my career.

I can put myself in the customer's perspective and I am perceived as a competent and pleasant software architect in projects and I would like to share my experience here.
