An insurance company with products for landlords and renters, I built features on different portals like the Underwriting Portal and Landlord Portal, using technologies like React, Node, PostgreSQL, Redis, Golang, and AWS. Deliver projects that have increased the usage and conversion of landlords, and speed up the underwriting process from days to hours, increasing the overall renter satisfaction.

I have worked to help move code from a monolith to a microservice architecture, and started to write code in Golang to improve performance on key services. Won a Hackathon prize in an event for all engineers of the company with a team that proposed a project for improving the performance, user experience, and adding new features on a strategic issue on the Landlord portal, which, after the event, was selected to be implemented and it’s currently in production.

Did AI integrations with ChatGPT API on a project, and used a lot of prompting with Cursor to write code and tests using AI to improve performance and review the code written.

Fintech of Santander Group, creating a global payments platform in the cloud. Started on this project from scratch as a frontend developer, then was promoted to Tech Lead, and after that, acted as Team Leader and Product Owner on the Onboarding Mexico team. I built the Onboarding portal and led the team from 0 to have more than 200,000 clients onboarded in Mexico, 20,000 in Argentina, and starting operations in Chile, I was the leader of a 15-person team, where I was responsible for mentoring junior developers. Our tech stack was around JavaScript (React, NestJS, Node, Express, MongoDB, Jest, Cypress), with Azure Cloud (including Azure Service Bus for async queues and DevOps Portal for Agile).

Responsible for the production support strategy and reports. As a Tech Leader, I was also responsible for identifying the problems that we had and defining the solutions for applying a hotfix. Defined and drove the product roadmap for the Onboarding portal, translating strategic objectives into actionable user stories, defining KPIs, and establishing OKRs to achieve team goals and report results to stakeholders.

Started as a frontend developer, developing internal products with React, Vue, and Angular, and in a short time started in the role of tech lead in these internal teams. After I was outsourced as a frontend developer in my current company, working with React and NodeJs, using Azure Cloud, with a microservices APIs architecture before being hired.
