Formed a consulting operation to lead the modernization of key services for the city of Lexington, Kentucky. - Key project: holistic digital transformation around the primary city website. - Built cross functional team with Mayor's office, Public Information Office, technical staff, and other key stakeholders to discover user needs and improve city service delivery. - Researched and procured content management system with a focus on user needs, TCO, security, interoperability, and continual improvement. - Implemented robust CI/CD pipeline, a first for the city.

Technical focus was to create extensible data infrastructure, to remove information barriers between agencies and feed positive resident interaction with the city. Key deliverable was Citygram, an extensible geographic notification system built around open civic data.
