Jacob was wonderful. I am taking a "Coding for Writers" course and I found the instructor's assignments not clearly worded for someone with zero coding experience. Jacob agreed, and proceeded to walk me through each line of code, explaining the codes, why a particular code was used, etc
Very patient and kind.
I'll go to Jacob again for any other JS issues I face.
