I have built and worked on numerous Rails applications since I started coding. I love the simplicity and power of Rails. I'm also familiar with some common ruby libraries such as nokogiri which allows scraping of sites.

I enjoy experimenting with functional paradigms through Javascript. I've used JS to work with many commercial platforms such as LivePerson Chat and Adobe Omniture.

I wrote many a batch file as a kid. Bash is a tremendously powerful language that can be used for setting up recurring commands, automating backups and building your own utility functions. I pride myself on being proficient with the command-line.

Tmux is fantastic for starting and resuming projects. For example, I've got a saved rails session that automatically opens among other things: rails server rails console A heavilly grepped development log to make debugging quicker tig (A command base git information viewer)

I've used jQuery mostly for AJAX calls.

I use git daily and have been doing all my git work from the terminal since day 1.

I've been through one Angular project, but enough to develop familiarity.
