Automate everything! Well everything that makes sense. We use TFS for more than source code control. Experience with build definitions, CI, release management build agents nightly builds and so forth. On the Ops side of DevOps we automatically deploy to our development servers, including AWS. When we have a build ready for test our QA folks pull that build to our test environments and by hand to production.

I had been stuck on a problem with my MVC project. Edward looked over my project yesterday and did some research on his own time. This morning we got back on Team Viewer and he solved in under 10 minutes. I plan on using him for all of my future problems. Definitely a life saver!

I've worked with dozens of freelancers before and Edward was by far the best. This was my first experience using codementor. I had been trying to fix a database connection issue for over 24 hours and Edward was able to diagnose and solve the problem in half an hour!
