Divyam Madaan

I have been working with Divyam for a couple months through a longer-term mentor relationship. Together, we have been working through the foundations of deep learning. Divyam has been a great teacher, very patient, and has worked to make sure I understand every small detail underlying the different concepts. He hasn’t shied away from my many questions! He has thorough knowledge across different subfields - recent topics we have covered include adversarial training, transfer learning, and neural network pruning. I'm looking forward to many more sessions together and discussing the cutting-edge research in the field with him.
