Architected and implemented a system for an ephemeral account provisioning service by integrating an internal interface with AWS Lambda and AWS Eventbridge. Wrote and maintained terraform modules of common infrastructure patterns. Wrote Terraform module tests in Go using Terratest. Advocated and implemented new on call schedule, increasing developer retention. Built AWS account migration interface using React and Ruby, decreasing time spent on migrations.

Contributed to architecture and implementation of distributed message queue service using Twisted, Kafka, and Amazon SQS, allowing for many end-user features to be built on top of it. Primary contributor to an email notification service using our distributed message queue, Twisted, and Redis, allowing system administrators to receive summaries of important information. Wrote software deployment configurations in Kubernetes, infrastructure as code in Terraform, and image builds in Ansible. Advocated for and helped implement distributed testing capabilities in internal test runner. Advocated for usage of software our team wrote through workshop facilitation, demos, and presentations. Researched and implemented improvements to asynchronous testing and database enhancements that were used as the basis for the projects of other teams. Helped develop novel methods for multi-intent utterance classification and brought them into production, leading to an entry into a new vertical and deals worth $250k+. Built developer tools utilizing the mypy and coverage packages to improve developer code quality across the organization. Used Node.js, Django, and Vue to develop Alexa, Google Home, and Facebook Messenger integrations and dashboard for AI platform. Architected and built rapid bare metal deployment system.
