As a software developer I am responsible for : - Reviewing current systems - Presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals - Working closely with analysts, designers and staff - Producing detailed specifications and writing the programme codes - Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live - Preparation of training manuals for users - Maintaining the systems once they are up and running Technologies used include : MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MSSQL, (X)HTML, XML, SOAP, AJAX, Javascript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, Python, Apache, IIS, JDBC and more

As a technical director : I serve as a technical expert representative across our teams, clients, and the information technology industry. I offer technical support across practices in offering definition and positioning. I suggest alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently, and/or with greater reusability, and / or longer life. I promote and coordinate technical knowledge harvesting within the organization. I define, communicate and enforce coding standards I identify reusable code required for our code library and ensures the high quality creation of the code. I manage multiple technical teams within budget and project schedule. I track and identify new opportunities to improve our methodology and training offerings. I assist in strategic sales efforts from a technical perspective.

As a project manager I am responsible for estimating a project size, planning and tracking the project progress, managing risk and communicating problems to all involved parties.
