Brought on board to work as a developer as well as provide guidance over the existing development staff as well as future expansion of the development team. Take customer requirements and take the requirements through the development life-cycle from working with the customer to understand and refine the requirements, estimation, planning, development, unit testing until hand off to QA. Additionally, worked with management to refine the onboarding process to allow developers to be "brought up to speed" more quickly. Worked with other developers to define the development training processes and new developers to refine the process over time.

Responsible for the overall stability and technical enhancements for Fareportal's International eCommerce sites as well as their global hotel and car products. This responsibility included improving the architecture of the website, improving the user’s conversion rate as well as the development of the technical team. - Responsible for interviewing and hiring qualified developers, test engineer and designers to improve the quality of the development teams as well maintaining budget constraints. - Performed A/B testing using Optimizely, Google Website Optimizer and Google Analytics Content Experiments to determine what UX/UI changes to make to improve conversions. - Migrate the existing infrastructure to be hosted within Amazon Web Services. - Prepare and present bi-weekly summary to the c-level executives - Work with the various business owners to improve the overall profitability of the websites and products. - Improved the rate of delivery by over 70% - Improved the conversion rate of the sites by over 60%
