Also, I am very helpful with tech strategy, engineering process optimization, and tech decision-making. On the purely technical side, I have developed many projects for global companies. Here are some of the projects I worked on:

• I created an embedded dashboard for an internal platform (Shopify) for the city of Santa Monica in California. I used React, Tailwind, and TypeScript with custom elements to isolate the styles of two components: the dashboard and a selector for the city government divisions. For the backend, I used Postgres and NodeJS with TypeScript. It has very complex permissions and a ladder of approvals for internal processes.
• I have developed multiple projects for the Shopify ecosystem, including a public Shopify app and multiple custom apps for merchants. These apps were made using TypeScript, JavaScript, NodeJS, React, and MongoDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Desktop application for the Royal Tyrrell Museum (Canada) using Electron, React, and NodeJS.
• Desktop application for a university research project using React, Electron, and NodeJS.
• I created a transport analytics platform. Java (heavy on multithreading), PostgreSQL, PHP, and Vanilla JavaScript.
• JS application for an undergraduate thesis on Electronics, and Telecommunications Engineering, the application is an interactive physics simulation tool for students.
• I created a medical billing platform using PHP, MySQL, and JQuery.

I did product development and company strategy execution, owning the research, design, and development of new features. I mentored team members and led substantial improvements in the team process and the app.

I did a variety of things, ranging from web development to DevOps. I worked with TypeScript, JavaScript, Ruby, Java, Postgres, React, Terraform, and other technologies.

I improved the app's error handling and engineering team processes by implementing Storybook, removing unnecessary steps in the deployment process, and collaborating with the DevOps team. Also, I solved many of the hardest bugs, the hardest one being in the native apps, and led a database architecture improvement to solve a bottleneck that was hurting our main users.

Many of my initiatives were company-wide and had a significant impact. Regarding the engineering process, I implemented postmortems (incident reports), DORA metrics, and RFCs. RFCs were a big win for the engineering team and were widely adopted.

While there, I was promoted to Tech Lead of a five-person team while still having substantial technical responsibilities.
