Created a myriad of windows desktop applications including: an app to export data to a flat file format, perfectly mimicked a visual-basic app without any of the original source code, an app to send emails from a VDI environment, a data conversion app allowing analysts to transform data from SQL, and modified a legacy data conversion app so that one of our analysts could run the conversion process without a programmer, and many others.

Received the Black Knight Champion award for the data conversion app mentioned above. Participated in two mentorship programs, the outcome of which was being promoted to programmer from a data analyst. Recently delegated application research to analysts on our team.

Efficiently imported medical accounts receivable data into SQL Server Databases, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for coworkers. Solved database logic issues, enabling my coworkers to work seamlessly with medical accounts.

Transitioned the statistics report generation process on healthcare providers from manual data collection to data extraction from MS SQL Server, reducing processing time from two weeks to two workdays. Utilized SQL queries and created ad-hoc reports for data analysis, contributing to data-driven decision-making within the organization. Leveraged MS Excel and Pivot tables to analyze VOIP phone record logs and identify key performance metrics for front staff evaluation.
