Known for my collaborative approach and accessibility, I seamlessly integrate into cross-functional teams, partnering with Software Architects, UX/UI specialists, and product owners to translate intricate requirements into actionable technical solutions. Upholding stringent standards, I meticulously ensure the integrity of our AEM code, serving as a diligent steward before delivering it to our clients. Beyond mentoring and code oversight, I play a crucial role in maintaining project continuity by informing architectural plans, providing accurate estimates, and contributing to strategic decisions during client engagements. At this company, I act as a Lead AEM Engineer/Architect where I help the company solve its technical requirements. I also train intermediate-senior full-stack engineers to become AEM developers on the finning.com AEM platform. I work closely with the UX/UI team and product owner to brainstorm and find the best solutions for the company. I make architecture decisions and lead our engineers to ensure that the solution applied on our AEM platform is scalable, maintainable, efficient, and secure.
