Hi, I'm Brian Jones
I'm a software engineer with over 5 years of experience building scalable software for the web, primarily on top of AWS. I have a varied skill set, but find myself most comfortable working on backend software.
I enjoy learning new technology and enjoy the challenge that comes with it. I enjoy working with others, and discussing technology. My teaching and mentorship style is collaborative, if I don't know the answer, or aren't as familiar with a topic I enjoy diving in and learning together.
Currently I work at Built In as a data engineer, and work across the whole stack. (AWS, terraform, cloudflare, VueJS, Go, Python, DBT, snowflake).
