Executive Summary I have led the end-to-end development of company flagship AI-powered SaaS platform. As the sole developer and technical strategist, I transformed a startup concept into a production environment deployed globally. My role integrates advanced AI architecture (retrieval-augmented generation, large language models, intelligent agents) with business development, encompassing go-to-market strategy, client requirements, and return-on-investment modeling. 1. Technical Architecture & Innovation I designed and implemented a scalable, modular microservices architecture that raised system uptime to 99.95% and reduced deployment times by 40%. The four pillars of the solution: - Intelligent extraction: Advanced AI/OCR pipelines parse high-value data from unstructured PDFs and handwritten forms. - Automated reporting: Dynamic document generation modules extract data from SQL and NoSQL databases. - Autonomous AI Agents: Functional agents, such as automated schedulers, are deployed using LangGraph, Pydantic-AI, and n8n. - RAG Chatbot: Creating high-precision chatbots fueled by corporate knowledge bases (SharePoint integration, CRM, ERP, etc...).
