I work on the Billing and Subscription team in the Online Payments domain. My goal is to provide the best subscription experience on our platform for our merchants and integrators. Additionally, I support our SumUp One subscription product, which offers reduced credit card fees, accelerated payouts, and discounted card readers.

- Supporting the product owners and collecting requirements from stakeholders with grooming, task breakdowns, software development, code reviews, manual and user acceptance testing, and release process. - Team lead of a small frontend team. Interviewed engineers and improved the interview process. Conducted mentoring and onboarding of team members. - Implemented a push notification microservice using Node.js and Server-Sent Events. - Reducing technical debt by researching, charting dependencies, step-by-step refactoring while ensuring stability with unit tests, integration tests, and e2e tests.

Working remotely for smava GmbH during a transition period before the start of the contract. Helping to finish the migration from a legacy monolith JSP application to a React/Node.js single page application within a microservice architecture.
