Leading an agile development team of 8, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining critical integrations between Deel’s payroll platform and global tax authorities. Leveraged C#, Azure Functions (including Durable Functions), SQL, Azure Table Storage, and Angular to develop scalable solutions, notably including a user-friendly mapping software enabling payroll specialists to seamlessly generate compliant tax submissions. Oversaw integrations with major entities such as Workday and WhatsApp—earning recognition through an Innovation in Payroll Award. Successfully launched integrations across multiple markets including the UK, Canada, Brazil, and Ireland (scheduled for July 2025). Daily responsibilities include technical mentorship, comprehensive code reviews, strategic planning, cross-departmental coordination, and ensuring timely project delivery with robust software quality standards.

Working in the integrations team for a payroll SaaS company, I have lead an integration project with Workday, and another one with WhatsApp. I have also worked on an integration with the HMRC (Tax Authority in the UK)
