Software development is life (for all of you Ted Lasso fans out there). I have over 10+ years of professional, full-stack software development experience in the finance industry. I've built software ranging from wealth management platforms to real-time analytics systems.
I've always been a teacher and mentor at heart. I spent over 2 years prior to my professional career teaching and mentoring Engineering students learning to code. Throughout my professional career, the best part of my job has always been pulling a chair up to a colleague's desk and solving a problem together. The most rewarding outcome is seeing a mentee, student or colleague’s eyes light up when a concept finally “clicks” and they are empowered to solve the problem-at-hand.

Andre is incredible! I am currently working on an assignment for university and I needed help to with a part that I was struggling with. Andre took the time to research my problem before we started my session and explained everything in great detail during our session. He is an amazing teacher with a huge knowledge of programming. I have added him as my favourite mentor and I will be going to him in the future when I need help.
