My current role is a modern leadership/management role, I am leading a department of more than 40 people that are supporting our operations and most importantly our group's hyper-growth. An information system that contains multiple solutions ranging from SaaS to custom, internally developed Products. As Head of Products Development, I have many responsibilities but the 2 main ones are: 1. Ensuring the effectiveness of our platform 2. Having the right people in the right places which most of all includes their growth My main achievements for that period: ➝ Growth. Azure, data architecture, data lake and speed layers, micro-services, smart micro monoliths, low-code solutions ➝ Recruiting and staffing.
