I’m a Salesforce Application and System Architect with 9+ years of experience working on Salesforce implementations, integrations, custom development, and ongoing platform improvements.
Over the years, I’ve worked with clients in the US, UK, and Australia across healthcare, logistics, education, real estate, professional services, and other industries.
My work usually involves understanding the business problem, designing the right Salesforce solution, and then staying close to the implementation. I’m comfortable working hands-on with Apex, LWC, Flow, Experience Cloud, APIs, data models, security, managed packages, and third-party integrations.
I’ve also led developers, admins, and QA teams, so I’m used to balancing architecture decisions with delivery.
More recently, I’ve been expanding into Salesforce AI and Agentforce. I’m certified in Agentforce Sales, Agentforce Service, and Salesforce AI, and I’m interested in using AI where it can actually improve sales, service, automation, and internal workflows.
