● Built a complete unauthenticated storefront system enabling patients to browse and purchase products and added features like Product Discovery & Catalog, Guest Checkout Flow and Organization Branding.

● Built enterprise catalog restrictions enabling store-level control over product visibility with overrides. Implemented policy engine, GraphQL mutations, caching, and search integration ensuring performant, role-based enforcement.

● Refactored product ads disapproval system, boosting ad reliability and ensuring ~400M products stayed eligible across 300+ Google Merchant Centers.

● Protected Google Merchant Center accounts from suspension by building a custom Slack alerting system for reporting and new relic’s dashboards for flagging disapproval and expiration issues before thresholds were breached

● Enabled data-driven decision-making at Toptal by developing an engineering insights platform that surfaced contribution metrics for 800+ engineers across GitHub, Jira, and internal review systems.

● Contributed to Toptal’s Screening Operations platform by leading two initiatives:

(1) simplifying technical assignment submissions so candidates could submit directly through the portal, reducing friction for talents and making the process hassle-free for screeners; and

(2) revamping screening steps to eliminate repetitive processes and improve efficiency on a high-volume platform.

● Contributed to tools related to incident management, peer review and appraisal system and their slack bots.
