- Created the vision for Juneteenth Conference, recruited volunteers, and led the project to launch a virtual tech conference highlighting Black voices in celebration of Juneteenth. - Managed social media marketing to create a grassroots outreach campaign. With zero ad-spend and a two week timeframe we had 18k attendees of the conference. - Launched conference with 2 days of talks across two tracks totaling 20 hours of content. - Through the conference, raised over 20k in voluntary donations and corporate sponsorships. - Creating strategy for the organization to provide STEM outreach to Black students and provide guidance for entry into professional careers.

As part of Commercial Software Engineering, I engage with customers in their efforts to build solutions on Azure. Provide feedback to the product groups based on real world usage in large scale scenarios. Discover opportunities to create assets that enhance our customer's experience with our products. Key highlights include: - Leading a domain modeling session for a large aerospace vendor to discover at a deep level their needs for a cloud based aircraft fleet routing service. - Working with PMO to develop reusable asset program creating a pipeline from CSE to Azure Architecture Center for documentation we generate to land as guidance on AAC.

As the lead developer, I provide guidance and expertise for client projects, translating business requirements to technical specifications, designing system architectures, and mentor junior developers to bring projects to fruition.
