I maintain multiple website with sculpin, and have written the #1 google result for getting started with sculpin.

I have maintained a popular blog with jekyll since early 2012 and have built multiple sites with it since, including some custom plugins.

I have been using less since late 2010, and used it almost exclusively for my css generation until 2013 when I started to switch to scss.

I use bootstrap on a daily basis, and in many forms, whether loading from the CDN and only writing the HTML, or installing via bower and customising components, or just pulling one or two in to my projects I am familiar with it all.

SEO isn't really a thing any more.  Back when it was I worked for an agency and achieved some impressive results.  Now it's more a case of making sure you haven't made any mistakes in the build of your website and then providing real value to real people.  There is a slight technical aspect to it still and I can most definitely make sure you're doing everything you need to be.
