Looking for a Partner experienced in software mentoring

I am running a business with my buddies in the software industry.

Our team consists of senior software frontend, backend developers, and UI/UX designers who are very familiar with various programming languages. Actually, we have been based in Singapore and Russia and moved to the U.S this year. So We get many interviews with clients who want to work with us.

All of them are native English speakers and want to have a call with a native English speaker.

Unfortunately, we fail interviews with clients because we are not native English speakers. So we are looking for a native English speaker who can do interviews with clients who want to work with us instead of us.

You may help me because you are a native English speaker and has software development experience. So if you have an introduction call with the client, we would be able to get jobs very easily. But, of course, for such call support, paying very generously... willing to pay $60/hr ~ $100/hr depending on your quality.

Also, I will send the document the client might ask, and you might reply in the interview... then, you can reference it for the interview and it should be helpful for you to understand the interview content and requirement. And we don't want you to do a video call, we are hoping that you can do only a voice call with our clients.
