Why I wanted to learn Salesforce

The Salesforce platform dominates the world market, with over 150,000 companies powering their business growth with Salesforce. From small businesses to tech giants like Google and Facebook, firms are using their suite of services and products to solve business problems. Industries across the spectrum have adopted Salesforce for their everyday processes and work needs. Salesforce jobs are plenty, and the scope for Salesforce careers is vast.

How I approached learning Salesforce

The best way to learn salesforce is from Trailhead. You can train yourself as an admin, user, or developer. I was trained by my organization senior members and I completed most of the developer and admin tasks on the trailhead.

Challenges I faced

Salesforce mostly focuses on customization, so that one can drag and drop and complete most of the task himself. As a developer sometimes I found salesforce have lots of limitations, on which salesforce is working at a good pace. To overcome these limitations one has to use third-party tools or extended scripts.

Key takeaways

I enjoyed the most like you really don't have to take care of all resources need for development. Just open your laptop and login salesforce starts working from any part of the world.

Tips and advice
