WINDOWS SCRIPT TO DISPLAY A LOGO AND AUTO RUN A PPT PRESENTATION IN AN UN EDITED MODE DURING SYSTEM BOOTUP

I need a Windows platform Script that will display a Logo to and auto run a PowerPoint Presentation. Such Presentation can be converted to a window Media Player Movie in a compressed format
1.) Auto run to display a Logo which you will extract from the PPT file Presentation that will be sent o you;
2.) Integrate the Script to Auto Run the Presentation in an unedited MODE that can not be modified by users of the System. The Presentation should boot shortly before Windows loads to reduce the consumption of systems resources to avoid slowing down the system. The system can continue its
booting process by loading the OS windows normally;
3.) During the first auto run display of presentation, the program script should not allow User to interrupt the display at any point until the presentation finishes and exit the screen on its own;
4.) The Logo should be displayed permanently in the background like a wall on the screen without being able to be removed by any User;
5.) You will provide an avenue to be able to uninstall or remove the Script so that the system can go back to its default. This is necessary should we decide to disposed of the system.;
6.) You will have to embed some list of Instrumentality sound/song in the Presentation movie;
7.) The auto run Presentation, the logo background will apply to every user Profile that logged into the windows platform;
8.) As the Presentation displays, the background sound or song should play;
9.) After the first auto display of the Presentation when a user logged into windows, the Presentation should be scheduled to display on the screen BUT, this schedule displays period can be allowed to be interrupted or exit it to allow Users to carry on with their specific job on hand at that period.
10.) Upon delivery of the project, you will deliver the entire Project Demo for viewing & perusal
11.) You have to be open to adjustment of this project after the review of the Demo
12.) That you will deliver this Project maximum 4 days when hired.
13.) You will have to deliver along with the project, the Source codes with full documentation of each routine/modules as regards the functions.
