Need help with PHP/JavaScript code

I am trying to set up a robot game as this.

I have a queue code to webcam robots, that worked 2010 and need to be updated to work today. It work now in Firefox.

This queue code work.
The video stream only work in Firefox I need help to get video work in Chrome and other browsers.
Then it is the stearing from this webpage.
It does not work at all because I do not today know how to find the code.

I am trying to get a working android app called RoboCam

People are to be set in a line to robots I have. They get a time for a drive and are then linked to it and can then remote drive it over the internet.
