Asana is pretty good to manage tasks and communicate with colleagues.
ClickUp is amazing, all-in-one tool.
I have used and explored different project management tools but the ones on top of my list are Trello, Asana, Pivotal Tracker and Jira. These tools are great for project management with features that allows you to create epics, set deadlines, set priority, set story points and lots more.
