6 guaranteed ways to screw up your code learning process!

1. Learn under time pressure. Nothing makes you absorb new material like your boss or client breathing down your neck.

2. Passively stare at your tutorial or book until your eyes bleed. It will get permanently imprinted on your retina so no need to ever memorize it again!

3. Switch context at least 3 times per hour. Your brain needs a refresher, otherwise it might get too boring.

4. Copy-paste code without reading it. Because if it works then it’s good enough. You’ll figure it out eventually.

5. Never ask questions! If you don’t understand something means it's totally your fault and you don’t want to look stupid in front of anyone.

6. Try to do it all by yourself and don't use a mentor to save you endless time and frustration.
