Why am I changing to freelancer jobs?

Hello everyone.

I am a typical java full stack software developer, working in offices since 2011. Great times.

One day, a friend call me to help him in a project. few hours per day, less than 30 hours per week. After doing this job with him, I noticed that these days were great! I was in my home, working without distraction and being more productive than my current work.

After analyzing some metrics, I have decided to change my work style, and now I would like to work with remote jobs and/or as freelancer.
