6 years developing and managing for an enterprise SaaS web application with a Java backend at Jama, another 4 years developing and managing an online school system with a Java backend at K12.

Responsible for building and maintaining Node/Express backend for Knoable gig for 1 year. Worked on several Node/Meteor projects, both personal projects and with CodeVana.

Done a healthy amount of mysql inspection, monitoring, and schema design work the past 10 years, feel pretty confident in using it. Setup my personal blog with MySQL for DB persistence.

MongoDB has been the NoSQL DB I've worked mostly with for any Node.js web application, including the freelance/contracting projects I've worked on the past 2 years. I haven't had much experience with replica sets. sharding, clustering.

Migrated the CodeVana web site from Wix to a self-hosted Wordpress site. Created custom plugin and theme for a personal blog project, running WordPress locally via Vagrant and later Docker to construct the site and test the plugin under development and then pushing to a live private version of it on DiigtalOcean.
