Alright.

When do you feel stressed

Many of us sometimes feel overwhelmed and it might happened because we tired OR there are just too many things to handle. I guess second reason is mostly frequent one. Nowdays we are all getting distracted by our colleges OR by ourselfs - by watching news etc.

When you feel flow

It contrast to first state of mind, all of us has a creative state of mind.
When things are done almost by themself, it feels effortless to keep working.
So this is the state when you can be productive.

How to make transition to flow?

Alright, first thing first.
You just need to focus on very small business. Focus so deeply so you forget about all other things. So when you have a single simple action in your mind, it's very easy to handle it.

Focus on a single thing at the moment - is the best thing you can do.
Even KGB agents prefer do multi-tasking just for traning mind, but not a way to handle real business.

To make yourself focused on a single thing when you already feel stressed: Just pick up so small portion of to-do list which doesn't require thinking. Something so small that the only thing left to do - is just make action.

Another cool way to get focus - is to make your task creatively.I mean just try to make things a little bit different than you normally do.
This will shift your mind from stress to creative state of mind - which is the most productive one.
