I was the Frontend Architect for Yahoo Sports and a member of the Node.js Platform team for Yahoo Media. The current yahoo media sites are powered by code I have written and designed over the last 7 years. Working at yahoo required us to develop platforms that scaled to millions of users every day and code that needed to apply to various functions across the business. I developed the build pipeline for these applications and created low level platform features that could be used in my day to day job of working at Yahoo Sports. I also worked on performance monitoring and debugging for these Node.js applications I currently lead the engineering team at a startup called Sports Action where we deliver real time scores and analytics for users and have also build a backend that is powered by Hapi.js and serves millions of requests every day

I started using react at Yahoo where i was the lead developer to rebuild the Yahoo site from the ground up with React.js and server side rendering backed by Node.js and Fluxible. I currently lead the engineering team at a startup we have a mobile site developed on React.js and server side rendering by Next.js. We also have an Android app built on React Native that can be found in the play store. (Sports Action App)

I've been building Frontend and Backend CI pipelines for many years with experience with various PaaS services as well as running a home maintained jenkins cluster. Over the years I've also worked on integrating various functional testing frameworks to test app and browser based test frameworks (Protractor) into these pipelines and using docker containers to deploy to many cloud providers. My current tools of choice are Terraform for infrastructure management, Ansible for deployment and cluster management, AWS for hosting containers, Docker for containerizing applications and Circle CI for running my CI pipeline
