Job Responsibilities Evaluate, plan, design, and develop test plans and cases for new applications, products, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout their development lifecycle Provide QA domain expertise to the entire organization to drive quality with scalable efficiencies Own testing across the full stack (MEAN) in our web application as well as data integrations with electronic health record (EHR) systems in a HIPAA-compliant environment, via manual and automated access to source system data Identify, evaluate and implement new techniques to automate QA functions Regularly verify that existing data integrations continue to perform as expected, and conduct analyses to identify the cause of any anomalies Required Skills & Qualifications Demonstrated experience establishing QA teams, processes and culture of quality within an organization 8+ years experience designing and implementing test plans and test cases for testing types including but not limited to functional, system, browser and device compatibility, end-to-end, integration and regression 5+ years experienced in writing and maintaining a library of scripts for automated testing purposes Experienced in testing full stack web applications Experienced in testing data integrations and researching and interpreting standards (HL7 C-CDA, FHIR, and EHR vendor APIs) Experienced in testing REST services and message-driven architectures. Familiar with using MongoDB or a similar noSQL database Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem solving, written, verbal communication and organizational skills Must be self motivated and results driven Must have a hunger for knowledge and drive to increase product and domain expertise Ability to report on test results and status Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
