I've been using HTML since I was a kid. I've built 100% HTML websites from scratch, starting in the days of table-based layouts, then learning how to make semantic, SEO optimized web pages using Microdata. I've used templating languages to generate dynamic HTML, and used many XML variations of HTML. These days I use things like React and JSX to generate my HTML automatically.

I've used CSS for years, since it was first being used to spice up table-based layouts, through the time when it was used along with semantic markup to create things like CSS Zen Garden. I've used CSS Animations. I've used several different CSS preprocessors, and even wrote my own dynamic CSS generator with PHP before preprocessors were a thing. These days I mostly write my styles with JS using inline styles for React.

I started working with PHP making widgets and themes while developing a custom real estate search engine. I've developed a few WordPress plugins and custom themes using PHP and debugged a few PHP apps and performance issues.

I've built everything from jQuery plugins to Grunt/gulp scripts, to pure Node.js apps, to React Apps with JSX.

I've developed three React apps, become familiar with the workflow and toolset, learned how to use Create React App, react-scripts, JSX, inline styles, Flux, and testing tools like Jest.

I've been using npm for the last three years. I've created hundreds of packages, and custom scripts for those packages. I've published a couple of my packages on npmjs.com as well.

I've been using Bash since I was a kid for basic filesystem operations. Over the last five years I've learned how to write Bash scripts, use many of the built in tools of Unix, use git in Bash, write shell scripts for build processes and more. I've also written a command line tool for linting project documentation.
