The platform contains all the necessary elements of a telephony platform (from E1 boards to SIP gateways) and a full-featured web interface. I've been using Python in the backend to develop the system API, using Celery and RabbitMQ to run background tasks.
An Elixir application handles the WebSocket connections needed by the real-time dashboards.
I developed a library called GreenSWITCH that implements the event socket protocol from FreeSWITCH and is responsible for collecting the call related events and exposing them to other services.
I happily contributed to a few open-source projects like OpenSIPS, FreeSWITCH, and worked together with the team to help develop and support the project.

I worked configuring cisco CMTS to provision cable modems using DOCSIS over MMDS network. Built the Linux servers to do routing, NAT, DHCP, Firewall with iptables and QoS. Developed bash and Python scripts to automate tasks and server setups.
