I work with AngularJS on a daily basis creating custom directives and services, as well as implementing third party libraries. I have worked with all aspects of Angular in many difference scenarios, wether it be a dynamic single page app or packaged into a mobile app destined for the app store. I have grown my skills through self teaching, daily practice, hackathons, and by creating plugins for other's to use in an effort to contribute back to the community.

JavaScript has been dominant in my development life for the last 5 years. Working with AngularJs on a daily basis, I am very familiar with the inner workings of both Angular and Vanilla JS. However, I am also extremely knowledgeable in jQuery and many other JavaScript libraries, with previous experience creating and launching hybrid mobile applications to both iOS and Android app stores.

Node.js is such a wonderfully flexible iteration of JavaScript. I've used it to help with everything from serving webpages to listening for new data and notifying mobile applications. Taking advantage of Node.js, I've created desktop applications using Nw.js and controlled microcontrollers like Tessel.

I've used Ionic for several apps and it really is the best way to go about building hybrid mobile apps.

Soon after building my first iOS application with Objective-C, Swift was announced. I quickly got up to speed on the new language, and with my knowledge of Swift and Objective-C I have created several mobile apps. Becoming versed in the basic iOS components like table views and tab bars was a must. Additionally, I was able to take my applications further by tapping into geolocation, push notifications, mobile databases and creating custom UI components to set them apart from the rest.

Html and Css are fundamental to any web developer and I have been using these tools for a long time.

jQuery is how I first got into JavaScript and I still use it today. It allows many tasks to be completed quickly and reliably.
