Managing the technical operations team Managing and prioritizing the backlog for the technical operations team Take an active leadership role in defining, implementing, and enforcing the continuous delivery pipeline for all services Ensuring the highest levels of application availability Managing the deployment pipeline to ensure bug fixes and features are delivered to the customer base and quickly and transparently as possible Coordinating the release of larger (epic) releases with the customer service and R&D teams Work closely with the CTO and Sr developers to define our evolving technology stack Work closely with the R & D team to ensure that new functionality meets our continuous release standards Work closely with the R & D and Dev/Ops teams to lower technical risk throughout the application Interface between technical operations and support to ensure the synchronization of planning between the groups.
