 Built highly scalable and reliable config service from the scratch which handles

multiple tenant customer data with redis cache.

 Introduced canary-based upgrade model in the organization for the first time

reducing the recovery time from hours to minutes.

 Created a crash detector system for voice service which helped in figuring more

than 100 crashes in the system.

 Architected maintenance service which helps in infrastructure upgrade of

Kubernetes/cloud provider with zero impact.

 Handled PagerDuty during IST time to handle production outages and customer
