I am an experienced developer, product manager, and instructor. The majority of my development work has been either freelance or unpaid side projects but I've spent a good amount of energy developing my own best practices as I've pursued a career in people-facing roles in the tech industry. I'm comfortable with both frontend and backend web development, fascinated by languages like Go and Typescript, and enjoy working on problems involving really large datasets.

I've been learning Golang on my own for several years now and have written quite a bit of it (see my Github). I've also attended two conferences, been through a Udemy course, built a bunch of projects, and watched a ton of videos so I feel like I've got a pretty good sense of how it works.

Had everything setup and ready to go, was cool with shifting gears to focus on what I wanted to learn and do. Explained things in understandable and relative terms. Was able to sift through my messy pile of code pretty quickly to see what I was doing and where I wanted to get to.
Very hands-on but didn't just "write the code for me" and leave it at that, which is ideal for truly learning. Would def try to schedule again for future golang (or python) learning.
