•Engage with all relevant business stakeholders to understand fundamental and detailed business processes and collect requirements to determine where machine learning, and data science technologies can be applied to create better customer experience, improve operation efficiency and reduce costs; •Define and deliver technical engagements with external partners and customers, including participating in sales on-site visits, understanding customer requirements, proposing Big Data/Analytics solutions offerings, and delivering custom solution engagements; • Overall product manager and owner to scope and lead data science and AI projects that delivered significant business value, such as manufacturing cost reduction by millions of dollars and manufacturing efficiency improvement by 10%; •Define and develop company data science and AI strategy and operating model, including obtaining complete support from both the CIO and the CEO; •Serve as the senior technical expert for C-level leadership and provided guidance on company technology strategy, particularly on the “go-to-cloud” strategy; •Recruit and set up a global data science/ AI team from scratch, which provides data analysis services to more than 15 manufacturing factories and world-wide clients; •Define and develop data strategy and data architecture by leveraging cloud technologies to support all data science and analytics activities; •Develop and manage the end-to-end data science execution including scoping, building, testing, implementation, maintenance, tracking and optimization of machine learning models by leveraging Azure services, such as machine learning services, data bricks, data factory and data lake (Gen 2);
