My responsibilities for the project are as follows: • Leading a team of technical consultants to deliver comprehensive and innovative Business Intelligence solutions. • Migrating current Business Intelligence platform from Microstrategy / Qlikview to Looker. • Support / assist in project management and data model architecting for all Business Intelligence projects. • Managing stakeholder’s expectation, by fulfilling business requirements and timely deliver quality solution to business. • Advise business users on enhanced / improved technology solution to meet business user’s requirements. • Maintain project documentation and process-mapping to ensure projects are on schedule. • Work with stakeholders to identify the business cost saving, revenue uplift and other operational or strategic benefits. • Support business end-user to meet reporting needs in timely and accurate manner.

My responsibilities for the project were as follows: • Interacted with business engagement teams to define dashboards and reporting solutions to meet diverse, complex business needs • Worked with the management on creating project estimates and resource planning. • Developed business intelligence applications for data analysis, optimised for the best performance and scalability requirements using MicroStrategy. • Developed and tested detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes.

This was a project in finance domain with 600 users. My primary role was to migrate Microstrategy environment to a new server architecture. My other responsibilities for the project included: • Acted as MicroStrategy expert to advise customers in defining MicroStrategy Roadmap, security guidelines and MicroStrategy architecture for Complex enterprise systems. • Worked directly with the clients, prospects and partners to deliver high quality business intelligence solutions to the customers. • Worked with users to gather requirements and conduct analysis. • Assisted in test planning and execution of MicroStrategy environment upgrade. • Created functional and technical requirements as an input to application design.
