I've worked with different releases implementing ITSM modules like Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request/Catalog. I've created custom UI components using UI Scripts and UI Pages with Jelly code and advance JavaScript (JS Prototype, JQuery). I've created custom applications with all type of components such as Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, GlideAjax and Access Control Lists. I've done a lot of integrations with 3rd party systems using REST/SOAP Web Services to exchange data bi-directional by creating custom frameworks to make the solution escalable for future integrations. I use JavaScript and the ServiceNow API to develop and configure every aspect of the platform. I have experience in other modules of ServiceNow like: Orchestration (PowerShell, Shell scripts, JDBC, REST), Software Asset Management, Asset Management, Discovery, HR Management)
