Ruby and Javascript expert.

Hi, my name is Maxim. I spend my time working as a lead Ruby on Rails developer, speaking at conferences (Polish Ruby conference wroc_love.rb, Belarussian Ruby User Group meetup) and writing some technical articles to my own blog. I have a solid experience in Rails development, refactoring and scaling.

I am comfortable with Git, Github, Bitbucket.

Of course, I have strong skills in deployment with Capistrano (and it’s customizing), CI with Travis, Jenkins or CircleCI (I even wrote an article about it to my blog), setting up and maintaining UNIX RoR production environment. For testing I use RSpec/Cucumber/Minitest. In short, skills in most of RoR developer must know to be called experienced.
