• Created classification and ranking model to reduce re-hospitalization of patients and increase revenue. • Established dashboards to watch over different KPIs using AWS Quicksight, Tableau and Plotly. • Used model agnostic methods like SHAP for the explanation of model results and generated patient reports using the above results. • Created custom NER using spacy to highlight important keywords in patient reports. • Created custom Word2Vec model to convert patient notes into vectors which were further used for re-hospitalization classification.
