I'm a Senior Frontend Engineer, working with React for 3-4 years in around 9 different projects, with several technologies such as Redux, ContextAPI, React-Query, Apollo Client, CSS-in-JS, Material UI, Storybook, GraphQL, and others.
Over the last work experiences, I've been a mentor of two less experienced developers: one intern and a mid-level; apart from the official mentorship, I also gave guidance to a junior developer in the last project I was working on.
During the last year, I've been Team Lead, aligning and defining code standards along with the Tech Lead. I started leading a team of two developers, at some point they were four; this experience was really great and I learned a lot about leadership and I was able to improve my communication skills.
Currently, I work with React Native in a big company where I see the technical communication challenge. Over the past months, I've learned about figuring out the risks involved in complex impactful goals, how to well define a technical document, present and discuss mermaid diagrams, and much more.
