Edwin Klesman

As a Team Lead I'm responsible for being the contact for the business and I fungate as the liaison between customers and the development team. I also am a beacon for interns, and develop on our products myself. My background experience and interest in the lean startup methodology and agile development are complemental for product development environments such as the awesome team at Detacom.

As the Tech Lead for startup Proteges, Edwin embodies the technical aspect for the company to co-create solutions focussed on people and health. Using his technical background and knowledge and his ability to translate technology into value and vision into products, Edwin works on creating value at large for all parties. Edwin has been working on translating ideas into solutions, product development, building PoC's using (non-)coding solutions, implementing MVP's, early product validation, amongst other things. 
 Since the company is a startup he has been performing all-round tasks like building websites, landing pages, networking and going to events, speaking and pivoting ideas, developing products and services, recruiting experts, working alongside healthcare related specialists.
 He gained a lot of experience applying .Net Core, and developed mobile supporting API's, implemented backend portals and migrating and implementing projects in the cloud (using Azure services).
 Guiding interns & graduates is something that Edwin also has under his belt and he has experience managing small teams.
