This company's software is an MVP and consists of a vertically integrated FX management solution powered by AI that serves every aspect of your company's global FX operations, such as hedging FX risk, strategically managing global FX accounts, and delivering FX payments virtually anywhere. My role in this project was to support the FX head operation through API development, improve the back office and dashboards to help the FX traders and manage services like data synchronization with Corpay APIs, notifications, etc.

This MVP software consists of an AI support attendance that uses an extended LLM specific to the customer questions domain ChatGPT uses to answer caller's questions. My role in this project was to extend the event handler to support multiple actions on the software, sourcing a single event and async event process.

Tools/Technologies: FastAPI, Twilio (inbound calls), Vocode (basic framework), Text to Speech GCP, ChatGPT, Qdrant (Vector Database).

Lead of Iflota project; this integration was created on top of Digital Fleet to integrate with PZU reading insurance info and sending crash reports; multiple improvements in the existent tool were required, including a significant rebuild to improve performance and capacities of DF.
