What happens if I load multiple versions of jQuery on the same document?

If multiple verisons of jQuery are loaded within the same document, any external plugins that rely on jQuery may cease to function. The browser may only provide a cryptic error of the form

$(...).plugin is not a function

Ensure that only one version of jQuery is used on a single document. Grouping all script tags at the bottom of the body tag can make it easier to identify if jQuery has accidentally been included twice.
