Generator Hell: Templates and auto-generated code from Yeoman

So in my last mentoring session, the issue was the inability to get GruntJS to package up all of the views, assets and scripts for a project. Seems a simple task, but given the large amount of generated code, it was a maze to get through.

I've been a big fan of tools like Yeoman, that give developers the ability to start off a project pretty quickly - which can be quite useful at a hackathon! But a common pitfall is to use one when just starting out. When something goes wrong or you need to tweak / add something to the base configuration, you're screwed.

The simple point I'm trying to get across is that unless you are comfortable with the packages that you generate, don't use a generator.
